Common questions
Built for domestic fire alarm certificates.
AlarmCert stays deliberately focused on rental properties, sole traders and small inspection teams.
Is AlarmCert a fire-risk assessment app?
No. AlarmCert is being built specifically for domestic fire alarm inspection records and certificates—not general fire-risk assessments.
Will it work without phone signal?
Yes. The planned mobile app lets you complete the inspection offline and safely synchronises the record when a connection returns.
Which properties is it for?
UK rental homes and small domestic HMOs.
Can I keep a property portfolio?
Yes. AlarmCert is designed to retain certificates and evidence against each property, with cloud backup and downloadable PDFs.
